And we totally understand that choosing a right wig online is a bit difficult, so we accept the return & exchange for some special occasions. Below is our Return & Exchange policy.
Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
So before you return back, must be ensure the goods in the original condition as it was sent to you. If the goods have been altered in any way, then we cannot do an exchange! This includes but is not limited to any of the following:

◆DO NOT Dye the Wig Unit
◆DO NOT Perm or Put Relaxer on the Wig Unit
◆DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Wig Unit
◆DO NOT Destroy or Lose any of the Original Packaging
◆DO NOT Try to Correct the Problem Yourself Prior to Calling Us
We offer ONE TIME free return and exchange for our customers who keep their items in original conditions and meanwhile follow our return & exchange process,but you need pay back and go shipping fee.
15% of your total payment will be charged as a restocking fee for the second time exchange,meanwhile you need pay back and go shipping fee.
